Do You Charge Sales Taxes?

No! is based out of Illinois and we are only required to charge taxes to customers within the state. We do not charge sales taxes to customers in the other 49 states.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes! All of our massage chairs come with free standard curbside shipping. We process most shipments within 1-3 business days of ordering. Once your massage chair has been shipped, we will send you a tracking code for you to to keep tabs on status of the shipment until the moment it arrives to your home or business.

Is The Massage Chair I’m Purchasing New?

Absolutely! All the massage chairs we sell are brand new. We do not sell refurbished, open box, or floor models.

What Is White Glove Delivery?

If you choose to receive our free standard shipping, you will have to assemble your massage chair yourself. All of our chairs come with detailed instructions, and if followed, can easily be assembled within an hour.

However, if you prefer to have your massage chair assembled for you, we offer our customers a White Glove Delivery upgrade. With White Glove Delivery, a professional installation team will be more than happy to bring the chair into your home or business, remove the packaging, and completely assemble it for you. Your chair will be operating correctly before they leave.

Please note that by choosing our non-refundable White Glove Delivery service, your chair is delivered directly to the warehouse of a third party moving and delivery service located near your shipping address. Once it arrives at the third party delivery service, they will contact you within 2-3 days of arrival to schedule a date and time to best have a professional installation team come out to your home or business to assemble your chair(s).

Please keep in mind that the White Glove Service delivery is a service provided to you as a means to carry your massage chair into your home/business and to install it. They are a general furniture installation team and may have not assembled your massage chair in the past.

Please be prepared to add an additional week to the total delivery time when choosing White Glove Delivery.

Our massage chairs typically ship 1-3 business days of ordering. With free curbside shipping, you can expect the chair to arrive roughly a week after it has shipped. If you opt for the White Glove Delivery service, you can expect to receive your chair within 2 weeks of shipment.

Are You An Authorized Dealer?

Absolutely! All of the massage chairs listed on are listed on our website because we have been vetted and received approval from our manufacturer partners, including Osaki, Infinity, Titan, APEX & Omega.

Can You Guarantee That Your Massage Chairs are the Lowest Rates Online? Can You Price Match?

Definitely! We understand that massage chair purchases can be a big investment, but we want you to be rest assured that the price you’re seeing on is the lowest price online. How do we know? Because all of our chairs are listed at the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). In other words, our rates are the lowest minimum price that our massage chair partners allow.
