What is the weight limit for massage chairs?
This will vary based on the model but most massage chairs generally have a recommended weight capacity of between 220-350 lbs. Be sure to check out the specs tab on each of our product pages to ensure the model will support your weight.
What is the height requirement for massage chairs?
A massage chair's recommended height requirement varies by model. Some massage chairs are better suited for shorter users, while others are better equipped to accommodate a taller individual. As a general rule of thumb, most massage chairs will have no problem handling a user between 5'2" - 6'2". Check out the specs tab on each of our product pages for the manufacturer's recommended height limit prior to ordering.

That is a broad question that depends on many factors: what you're looking for the chair to perform, your preferred intensity, budget, height and weight, etc. Truthfully, there is no clear-cut answer on what massage chair is "the best" since everyone has their own sensitivities and preferences. That being said, higher-end models include more advanced functions that will translate into receiving a higher quality massage. Are the massage chairs you carry new?
Absolutely! All of the products we carry are shipped new. Refurbished, open box, floor, and certified preowned models will be clearly labeled as such.
What is a massage chair's electrical requirement? Power consumption?
Massage chairs must be plugged into a 110-120V (U.S. standard) grounded electrical outlet to operate. A massage chair's power consumption is typically between 150-300W, which is akin to running a desktop computer and monitor.
Does a massage chair need padding underneath it?
Padding beneath a massage chair is not required. However, if you plan to place your chair on hardwood or tile flooring, we recommend using an area rug or a mat underneath the chair's base to protect your floor's finish. Floor protection also minimizes the sound of the chair's motor. We've found that 5x8 and 6x9 rugs work great!
How do I clean a massage chair?
As with most furnishings, as long as your massage chair is kept clean, it will remain in great shape. Always unplug the chair from its power source before cleaning or maintenance. Use a soft cloth to wipe down your chair. You can use a vacuum brush attachment to sweep away any debris. We do not advise using any harsh chemicals (i.e. leather cleaner, alcohol, benzine, etc) to clean a massage chair as doing so may damage the synthetic upholstery. If a more thorough cleaning is required, spot clean with a clean cloth using a small amount of water and mild dish detergent. Make sure to wipe dry immediately afterward. To take care of your remote control, wipe off dust and debris with a dry only cloth.

What delivery options are there?
All orders qualify for free standard Curbside Delivery. We also offer two premium delivery options for an additional cost: Threshold and In-Home Delivery & Set Up. See more details on our shipping page. Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number.
Can I have my massage chair assembled?
If you opt for free Curbside Delivery, you're responsible for bringing in and assembling your massage chair. Most models can be installed in under an hour by following the instructions included in your welcome kit. If you need your chair assembled, choose the In-Home Delivery & Set Up upgrade option for an additional $179. A third-party installation team will bring the massage chair inside your home and assemble it for you with this shipped method. Your chair will be operating properly before they leave. Where do you ship to?
We currently serve the 48 contiguous states in the USA. Due to logistical issues associated with shipping a large item like a massage chair, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept one time credit or debit card payments (Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard) as well as PayPal. We also offer financing for up to 36 months. Terms apply.
Does insurance cover massage chairs?
Our customers have experienced minimal success with private insurers covering the cost of our massage chairs. Health insurance companies consider massage chairs a luxury item and not health-related despite the well-documented health benefits. While it's unlikely your health insurance will reimburse you, you can always try to submit a claim.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed for shipment within 2-4 business days. Free Curbside Delivery and Threshold Delivery have an approximate lead time of 1-2 weeks. If you opt for In-Home Delivery & Set Up, you can expect to receive your order in about 2-3 weeks.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes due to the heavy nature of our products. We require that all orders be shipped to a residential or business address with a signature upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
Enter your order number and the email address associated with your order on this page. You will receive an email once your order has been processed for shipment. Please allow about a week from the purchase date for that information to be available. Tracking information may take about 1-2 business days to appear on the carrier's website.
How do I modify an existing order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order was recently placed, we may be able to make changes in time. If the order is late in the processing phase or has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
How do I cancel an existing order?
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your item has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel your order in time. Is assembling a massage chair difficult?
With the Curbside and Threshold delivery options, you will be responsible for assembling your order (if required). Massage chairs are heavy but not particularly difficult to install. We highly recommend having another person on hand who can assist you with the unboxing and assembly process. Your order will arrive with an assembly guide. We also have installation walkthrough videos for most models we carry on their respective product pages.
My order never arrived. Can you help?
Most orders are delivered within 1-3 weeks, depending on your location and shipping method. For the latest information, use our track your order page. Please first direct any inquiries regarding order status to the assigned shipping carrier, as they will be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information. They will contact you to arrange delivery as the order approaches your local terminal. If they are unable to help, get in touch with us for assistance.
My order is incorrect or missing an item. What should I do?
If there is an issue with your order, we first need to be aware of it so that we can help solve the problem. The sooner we know about the issue, the sooner we can begin working on it for you. Please include any relevant information that can help us resolve this issue, including providing your order number and any images.
What is your price match guarantee?
We understand a massage chair is a big investment, and we want you to rest assured that the price you're seeing on our website is the lowest price online. How do we know? Because all of our chairs are listed at the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). In other words, our rates are the lowest minimum price that our partners allow. If you do find the same chair listed at a lower price through an authorized retailer, contact us and we'll price match them and may offer you an additional discount as well. The chair I ordered is now lower in price. What can you do?
If you find the same model advertised for a lower price within 15 days of purchase, contact us and we will refund you the difference. That is our promise to you. See our price match page for more details.
Warranty
What type of warranty comes with my massage chair?
All of the massage chairs we carry are equipped with a minimum 3-year limited manufacturer warranty. Some products may also offer an extended warranty plan for an additional charge. We recommend opting for an extended warranty as massage chairs have many moving parts. To learn more about warranty policies, please view our warranty page.
Do I have to register my warranty?
Whether you have to register your warranty depends on the brand. For Osaki, Titan, AmaMedic, Ador, and Otamic models, the warranty is already pre-registered and no action is required. For Infinity, Kyota, and Sharper Image products, warranty registration is required and instructions on how to do so are included in your order's welcome kit.
I have a problem with my chair. What should I do?
Ensuring that your massage chair is brought back to working order is important to us. As the manufacturer carries out your warranty, you should first reach out to them if you encounter any service issues, malfunctions, or problems. You can find contact information of all of the brands we carry on our warranty page. If you are still under warranty and they are unable to help, feel free to get in touch with us and we can always open you a service request.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Why is my massage chair so strong?
A massage chair may take some time to get used to since the massage rollers and airbags are working over built-up tension and muscles that typically don't receive much attention. It can take up to two weeks before you start noticing the benefits of a regular massage, so we suggest giving it some time. If you experience any discomfort, we recommend adding an extra layer of padding (i.e. throw blanket, towel, etc) over the backrest rollers to reduce the intensity until your body gets more accustomed to the massage.
How do I cancel an existing order?
In the event that you’d like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately. If your item has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel your order in time. How do I return my order?
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you want to return it. Return procedures and policies vary depending on your original shipping method. For more details, see our return policy page.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
You will be alerted by email once we've processed your return. Once a returned product has been received, it will be reviewed and you will receive a refund for the total of your purchase minus any applicable fees detailed on our return policy page. We typically process returns within 2-3 business days of receiving them. Depending on your original payment method, a refund may take up to 5-10 business days to post to your account.
What is your exchange policy?
