The products we carry have been engineered to deliver a high quality massage session every single time. During the manufacturing process, every chair undergoes rigorous quality control and are built from the bottom up using high-grade components.
To protect you against defects, a minimum 3 year limited warranty is included at no additional cost on every massage chair sold on our website.
Extended warranties are also offered for an additional cost on most brands. Extended warranties protect your chair after the initial manufacturer warranty lapses.

3 Year Warranty with Limited Parts and Labor - FREE
Osaki guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first three (3) years of ownership. This warranty plan includes one (1) year of in-home labor, two (2) years of parts and structural framework, and three (3) years of structural framework.
OSAKI EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTIONS:
1) 1 Year Extended Warranty (4 Years Total) - $149
For an additional price, Osaki guarantees two (2) years of in-home labor, three (3) years of parts and structural framework, and four (4) years of structural framework.
2) 2 Year Extended Warranty (5 Years Total) - $249
For an additional price, Osaki guarantees three (3) years of in-home labor, four (4) years of parts and structural framework, and five (5) years of structural framework.
What the Osaki Warranty does not Cover:
- This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred (if required).
- Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those conditions naturally occur with fabrics
- Failures of attach points, such as, but not limited to: stitching, Velcro, and zippers, do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due to an accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.
- Any environmental conditions (i.e. fire, floods, rust, corrosion, hurricanes, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, and/or tornados) or any other exposure to weather conditions.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
- You must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
- You must obtain a return authorization number in order to ship products to a service center if you're outside of the labor period.
- You may obtain service advice, or an RMA number, by contacting the Osaki Customer Service department at 888-848-2630.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

5 Year Warranty with Limited Parts and Labor - FREE
Infinity guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first five (5) years of ownership. This warranty plan includes one (1) year of in-home labor, three (3) years of parts, and five (5) years of structural framework.
INFINITY EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTIONS:
2) 3 Year Parts & Labor Warranty - $399
For an additional price, Infinity offers a three year parts, labor & framework bumper-to-bumper warranty. This includes a total of three (3) years of in-home labor, three (3) years of parts, and three (3) years of structural framework coverage.
3) 5 Year Parts & Labor Warranty - $599
For an additional price, Infinity offers a five year parts, labor & framework bumper-to-bumper warranty. This includes a total of five (5) years of in-home labor, five (5) years of parts, and five (5) years of structural framework coverage. This extended warranty plan offers the most comprehensive coverage.
In-Home Service Warranty Period:
During the In-Home service and parts warranty period, Infinite Therapeutics, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame. If a particular part is not available, Infinite Therapeutics may replace your product with a similar product. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the product. In the event you choose not to accept a replacement for your product, Infinite Therapeutics is no longer responsible for making repairs under the warranty coverage. Infinite Therapeutics will arrange for all covered parts deemed necessary to be sent to the consumer and, if necessary, an authorized service provider to repair the product at the customer’s residence at no charge. Any repairs needed during the Parts warranty coverage will be provided at no cost; however, consumer is responsible for any and all shipping, duties and brokerage fees. Structure warranty is limited to the wooden frame and/or welded parts of the frame for the product. If a replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty period, consumer is responsible for shipping, duties and brokerage fees related to the replacement. Field Service is only available in the United States and major metropolitan areas in Canada. Field Service requires pre-approval and, if necessary, must be performed by an Infinite Therapeutics-authorized field service personnel to maintain warranty coverage.
Warranty Exclusions:
Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation; unauthorized repairs; alterations or modifications of original condition; improper use of electrical/power supply, loss of power; electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product; a malfunction or damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; transportation damage; theft; abuse; misuse; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
