Choose a Delivery Method
Curbside Delivery
Cost: FREE
All of our massage chairs qualify for complimentary Curbside Delivery. Your order consisting of between 1-3 large boxes will be dropped off at your curb, driveway, or near your entryway. This shipping method does not include assembly, unpacking, nor delivery to a specific room. Once the order arrives at your local delivery terminal, the assigned carrier will give you a call to schedule a delivery date and window.
- Most massage chairs require assembly. Assembly varies based on the model. Installation typically consists of tacking on arm panels to the main body of the chair, attaching the foot ottoman, and connecting airbag hoses. Assembly typically takes about 15-60 minutes to complete.
- Your chair won't be brought inside. Curbside Delivery drivers will not bring your chair inside. Instead, they will leave the pallet on or near your driveway, curb, or entryway. Having a dolly, hand truck, or other helpful hands available is recommended to move the boxes inside.
- Delivery lead time: 1-2 weeks. This will vary depending on your location.
Threshold Delivery
Cost: $75
With Threshold Delivery, your massage chair is placed at the first dry area available to ensure protection from the elements, i.e., inside a garage, near your entryway, or underneath a carport. This shipping method — like Curbside Delivery — does not include assembly, unpacking, nor delivery to a specific room. Once the order arrives at your local delivery terminal, the assigned carrier will give you a call to schedule a delivery date and window.
- Most massage chairs require assembly. You're responsible for bringing your chair inside and you'll need to assemble it, if required. The extent of installation varies from model to model but often consists of tacking on arm panels to the main body of the chair, attaching the foot ottoman, and connecting airbag hoses. Assembly typically takes about 15-60 minutes to complete.
- Delivery lead time: 1-2 weeks. This will vary depending on your location.
In-Home Delivery & Set Up
Cost: $179
Want your chair installed? A local professional installation team will call you to schedule an appointment shortly upon receipt. Once the delivery team arrives, they will carry the boxes into your home, bring it up or down up to two (2) flights of stairs if necessary, remove the packaging, and assemble the chair in the room of your choice. Your chair will be operating properly before they leave.
- The technicians may have never assembled your chair. In-Home Delivery & Set Up is a convenient way of having heavy massage chair boxes carried inside for you. The contracted company is a local furniture installer and may have little to no experience assembling a massage chair, particularly in smaller markets.
- Leave notes. After your chair is assembled, you will need to sign a slip confirming that the delivery was completed to your satisfaction. In the rare instance that your chair is not assembled properly or if there is visible damage, it is important to write comment(s) on the slip noting this for liability purposes. We can't hold the installers liable if you don't explicitly note any issues that may have arisen during the delivery process. This is very important.
- Test the chair before the installers leave. Take your massage chair for a test drive before the installers head out the door. Ensure all the airbags are inflating properly.
- The installers will remove debris. After the installation is complete, the installers will haul away the box(es) your massage chair came in and discard them. You may request to keep them in case you decide to return your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original boxing and packaging.
- Tracking. Courtesy tracking is provided to you via email once your chair has shipped. Note that with In-Home Delivery & Set Up, your order will be shipped directly to the third party installers instead of to your address. If you have not received your chair and the tracking page says it's been delivered, there is no need to worry — the installation agent will be in touch to coordinate delivery shortly. If you don't hear from them, let us know.
- Delivery lead time: 2-3 weeks. This will vary depending on your location and the availability of the third party installation company. During the peak holiday season or busy periods, delivery can take up to 4 weeks.
Notes Before Ordering, During Delivery & Placement
- Curbside & Threshold are recommended delivery options. Too many things can go wrong during In-Home Delivery & Set Up because that delivery method is almost entirely outside our control once the agent receives it. We recommend opting for Curbside or Threshold if you have the means of assembling your chair.
- Check the chair's dimensions. All of our massage chairs are designed to fit through a standard 36" entry door frame but if you plan on placing it in a room with a narrower door frame, do some measuring first to ensure it will fit through the doorway. You can view the dimensions of the chair you're interested in by clicking the "Specs" tab on each product page or double check with us before placing an order.
- Tracking No. We will email you a tracking number once your chair has been shipped. Tracking often includes an estimated delivery date. Once your chair arrives at your local terminal, the freight carrier will call you to provide a delivery window.
- Examine your massage chair closely. If there appears to be any major damage to the boxes, please make a note of this on the delivery slip.
- Sign for the delivery. If the driver does not mention signing a delivery slip upon receiving, please ask to sign the slip. This is for your protection in the event something is wrong with the chair. Note that some shipping carriers are electronically signing off on the delivery automatically due to COVID-19. In this case, no action is required.
- Placement: We recommend placing your massage chair on carpeting or other padding to avoid unwanted scratches, scuffs, or markings on tile or hardwood flooring.
