Return Policy offers a hassle-free 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you may obtain by emailing us at support [at] and providing your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Please note that qualified returnable items must be in new resalable condition and must contain the original box, packaging materials and accessories provided when it was shipped out to you. Any factory tags must also remain attached with no evidence of tag removal.

Refunds are applicable within 30 days from the day your massage chair was delivered. Returns after the 30 day window will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping the massage chair back to our manufacturer’s facility. Depending on the massage chair you purchased, you also may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.

If you chose to ship your massage chair using White Glove Delivery, we are unable to refund the costs of that shipment upgrade. This is because White Glove Delivery is a service provided by a third party delivery company not affiliated with us.

Once the returned item has been received at our facility, we will inspect it and you will receive a credit for the total of your purchase minus the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Products returned damaged after inspection will not be accepted.

In the rare event that your order was damaged during transit or arrived defective, please contact us immediately. In the case of a damaged or defective product, you may be eligible for a product exchange at no additional charge, pending availability.
