MassageChairDeals.com offers a hassle-free 30 day return policy. We fully understand that returning a massage chair can be a difficult process and we aim to make it as easy as possible.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or no longer need it, simply get in touch with us and we’d be happy to assist in processing a return or exchange. You may obtain authorization by emailing us at support [at] MassageChairDeals.com or by submitting a request through our contact form. Returns/exchanges without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please read through our return, exchange, and cancellation policies below.
You must inform us within 30 days of the delivery if you need to return your product. Return requests after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted
Qualified returns must be in new condition
A $200-300 inbound freight shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
We do not charge restocking fees on Osaki, Titan, Ador, Infinity, Kyota, or Sharper Image products
Massage chair orders must be disassembled, securely repackaged in the original box(es) with the accessories included, and placed on a pallet outside for the delivery driver to load onto their truck. Do not discard the boxes and pallet after unpacking your chair if a return is a possibility.
If you opted for In-Home Delivery & Set Up or Threshold Delivery, the shipping add-on upgrade cost is non-refundable. This fee goes directly to the shipping carrier or third party installation company and cannot be recouped if an order is returned. If this service is required for your order to be picked up, a second charge will be deducted from your refund
For example, if you opted for In-Home Delivery & Set Up, the original $179 installation charge is non-refundable. If you need the installer to come back out to pick up your order, a second $179 fee will be assessed. Note that for In-Home Delivery & Set Up add-ons, the installation company will discard the boxes as part of the installation service but you can request to keep them.
Our goal is to ensure you’re satisfied with your order but understand that’s not always possible. Don’t love your chair and want to exchange it for another? We would love to keep your business. Get in touch with us and we will do everything in our power absorb as many of the fees as possible.

If the item you're exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we'll refund you the difference. If it costs more, we'll charge you for the difference in price
Delivery add-ons such as In-Home Delivery & Set Up or Threshold Delivery will be charged again should you still need that service
Exchanges are final. We cannot accept returns after an exchange has taken place
Should you need to cancel an order that you recently placed, please let us know as soon as possible. Orders that are cancelled will be fully refunded minus a 3% credit card processing fee. Orders that have already been loaded for delivery or shipped must follow our return policy.
Once a returned item has been received, it will be inspected and you will receive a refund for the total of your purchase minus any applicable return shipping costs detailed above. Products deemed damaged after inspection will not be accepted. You will receive an email from us once the refund has been processed. We typically process returns within 2-3 business days of the warehouse receiving them.
