Worth every penny

This massage chair has it all. I like the large selection of pre established massage options to target the areas that need attention. The intensity is STRONG if you want it, but you can adjust it to lesser strengths if it’s too much (my wife adjusts it to a lower setting and is comfortable). I have already recommended this chair to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Recieved my massage chair about a month ago. I love it. I use it daily after the gym. It has been a great chair to have at my house. The owner was awesome and answered all my questions as well.

Finally, Pain Relief!

I suffer from back pain due to playing football in high school and college. This is my answer to pain relief! It has worked wonders for me. I feel more limber and the chair can focus on spots that give me the most issue. Very happy with this purchase!!

First few days, I was not sure if I bought the right chair as the roller felt a bit too strong for me and my family. A week later, after we got use to the functions and control options, thing’s gotten better. 2 weeks later, we love the chair. My family and I each use the chair 30 90 minutes throuhout the day.

Get the white glove delivery and save your back. It’s a heavy piece of equipment. The service company servicing my area was easy to work with.

Great investment

I’ve been wanting a massage chair for years! Finally pulled the trigger on this Osaki OS Highpointe 4D Massage Chair with the incredible sales price and financing option. I was a bit nervous to buy the chair sight unseen. I’ve had for a couple weeks now and have been really happy with the purchase. The chair rollers are pretty intense. I enjoy but some that have tried my chair think it’s too much. You can change the intensity but even at the lower setting, it’s still strong. Two points to be aware of, at least from my experience…the roller track does not go down too far into the glutes. Not sure why not or how this compares to other models. I expected the roller to go a bit further south. The calf roller is hardly noticeable. Other than those two ‘better if’ issues, the chair is phenomenal. I sit in it for 20 30 minutes a day and absolutely love it. If you’re on the fence go for it! You won’t be disappointed!

Every Day Is Spa Day : )

We purchased this awesome chair after we tried a similar one on our anniversary in Vegas. This one is better and extra Awesome. We purchased the white glove service and the communication, set up and clean up was worth every penny. The chair takes up about as much space as a leather recliner. I really appreciate that because I was a little concerned that it would take over our bedroom or obstruct our view of the backyard. The color is gorgeous and fits our decor. My Hubby uses the chair in the evenings to wind down after work. He is 6’2, 260 pounds and a former football player. He likes the stronger intensity on his back and legs. I’m 5’6, 230 pounds and I love the fact that I can reduce the intensity to my liking. I often sit on a small throw pillow because my lower back is sensitive and that does the trick We received the eye massager also!!! It’s so relaxing with the music and you can see through the mask which is a plus for me. I use the chair in the mornings to help me ease into my day. The arm massager and the heated shawl are my favorite features. The chair also has a senior setting that helps to reduce the intensity. This chair was our anniversary gift to each other and we absolutely love it. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it. We have had it for about a month and can’t wait to use it every day. It’s like having a spa day every day.

Osaki OS Highpointe 4D Massage Chair

I was super excited to receive this Osaki OS Highpointe 4D Massage Chair. The chair arrived on time and curbside delivery was perfect. The Osaki OS Highpointe 4D Massage Chair is heavy duty and is around 300lbs, so be prepared and have a dolly cart. Assembly was breeze if you are handy. This chair does a nice job of going deep and working kinks out from feet to neck. The controls are easy to navigate, just select massage type and relax, super pleased so far.

Fantastic chair and great customer service

I researched for several months and this chair is the best combination of price, style and quality. It provides TOTAL treatment. It’s excellent for neck and shoulder as well as back and Hip areas. Foot rollers were a little too strong initially but I have gotten use to it. Mike at the customer service was outstanding and was very sympathetic to mild hiccups in delivery and minor control issues with the remote.

Great Chair

My wife LOVES this birthday present. It helps with her fibromyalgia and chronic pain. She uses it at least twice a day (I enjoy a massage after work myself)!

Great massage chair, strong intensity

Have used this massage chair for several weeks already. It feels good.

The installation is easy, I did it all by myself following a step by step video on YouTube. However, I’d recommend at least two adults to do the job, as the chair is pretty solid, and not easy to move around if you’re all by yourself.

The massage is great. I like the high user height limitation as most of my family members are well above 6ft. The only “complain” so far is that the intensity is very strong, sometimes, my mom has to use a pad otherwise she cannot bare it.

I’m still trying different modes, and will update if I find anything new.
