Amazing massage chair

This chair is absolutely fabulous. The delivery was smooth and easy and the chair works perfectly. I am amazed how great I feel now on a daily basis. It really is life changing. It helps reduce stress and better sleep. I highly recommend this massage chair and I got a great price.

Great massage chair that had an amazing surprise hidden in the functions that I overlooked when purchasing.

Foreword: This is my honest review not only of the Osaki Ador 3D Allure Massage Chair but also of MassageChairDeals.com where I purchased the massage chair.

Ordering: Ordering was easy, almost too easy. They worried me though because I didn’t receive an order confirmation until two days later, and when you’re spending that kind of money you expect more or at least I do. The next time I heard anything about my order was a week later when Fed Ex called me to let me know they had picked up the chair and wanted to know when I wanted it delivered and if anyone would be home.

Financing through Affirm: This was pretty simple and a blessing as I couldn’t afford to come up with this amount of money all at once.

Before purchase communication: Was descent via chat and they gave me a 10% off coupon on the chair, even when the chair was already on sale. Free Shipping and No sales tax. No telephone communication from MassageChairDeals.com at all.

After purchase communication: I never heard from them again. No follow ups, no thank you. They could use some work on this side of the purchase. I also asked them to send me a complimentary bottle of leather conditioner for the chair’s upholstery. They sent nothing.

Shipping: The chair was shipped via FedEx on a semi truck. I just did doorstep delivery so the truck driver left the chair in my driveway, it was up to me to get the 350lb. chair into my house, Not easy, but I managed. The package was in perfect condition. Overall it took two weeks to receive my chair.

Warranty: The chair has one of the better warranties on it, a 3 Year Plan: 1 Year Labor and 3 Years Parts, however, I’m not sure who I would call if there is a warranty problem. Not covered in depth by Osaki or MassageChairDeals.com, but then again I cannot read the owner’s manual.

About the Massage Chair:
The functions on the chair work great, but wow was I surprised by this chair’s one feature! More on that below.

Assembly: The manual that comes with the chair is pretty much useless as the font size is too small to read even with glasses. Luckily I looked up the chair on YouTube and found an assembly video on there. I highly recommend using YouTube for assembly. I wish they would have had a video explaining what all the remotes do and how to customize functions. Maybe they will do that in the future.

Comfort: I am 6 ft. tall and 260 lbs. and a wide guy, with that said the chair isn’t as wide as I would have liked it to be, nor quite long enough. It doesn’t quite reach my neck. My wife is 5’6 and 125 lbs. She says it is very comfortable for her. So if you’re smaller than me you should be okay. Don’t get me wrong, I still use it, I just feel a little cramped. You may ask why I didn’t purchase a wider chair, there were no wide models that I could afford, so I had to compromise.

Functions: I haven’t learned what all the functions do at this point, let me just say it does a lot. I found that if you have a tender back be ready to turn the intensity down immediately as the initial settings are set too high for me anyway. I wish they had a YouTube video that covered every function on the remotes and how to customize them.
Owner’s Manual: As I mentioned earlier the owner’s manual needs revamped with larger print, otherwise it’s useless for older users who have vision problems. They need to make better use of spacing as well. It looks like they were trying to say paper by cramming everything into a small manual.

Surprise: The surprise I wasn’t expecting, I have diabetes, a bad back, and very numb feet and calves. I purchased the massage chair mainly for my back, but I was pleasantly surprised by the airbags that squeezed my calves and feet. After a few days of using the chair, I started getting a little bit of feeling back in my feet. I never expected that to ever happen to me and I had accepted that I would never have feeling in my feet again.
Just for that one reason, I am so glad I purchased this massage chair, oh yeah, my back also feels much better and I feel refreshed the next day after using the chair.

Conclusion: Love It! My only regret is not having enough money to purchase a wider massage chair, other than that this massage chair has already made a big impact on my back and feet health, and I’ve only had the chair for one month. Looking forward to what a year of using it brings! I hope if you decide to buy one it helps you as much as it has me. Best of luck!
