I wanted a chair that had 3D rollers as I love deep tissue massages and assumed that the protruding rollers would be offer that (the reps said it would), but I wasn’t sure I was willing to pay over $5,000 for a chair that I’ve never used. So the reps suggested this one and I looked into it for a few days before I finally gave them a call to order this model. I love it!!!! I use it twice a day (once in the morning before work and again after work) and I feel like a totally new person after.

Granted, I bought it sight unseen, but unfortunately there are not many brick and mortar stores that carry this particular model to put it to the test before buying it. So I pulled the trigger hoping for the best and I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how well it works.

It can be very vigorous at first (it is deep pressure) but I recommend using it at the lowest pressure setting at first and work your way up from there.

Great chair; invest in some padding

It has the potential to be a great chair it just needs some quick customization. My wife and I found the foot rollers and lower back intensity to be too much for us to handle as some of the reviews indicated so we called Osaki and they recommended throwing on a shoe insert on top of the foot rollers and a pillow on the lower back to reduce some of the pressure and we’ve found that it is now the perfect “sweet spot” for us. Other than that there are no complaints about the OS7075R. It does everything that it promises and more.

We have have a basic massage chair that we purchased over a decade ago that has been on its last legs for a few months now and it was time to buy a new one. This chair’s features doesn’t even come even close to the chair we previously had, but it’s really amazing to note how far technology has come along since then.

I was skeptical about making such a big purchase like this online, but the reps I spoke to were knowledgeable and shipped it out to us relatively quickly. I also opted for the white glove delivery option since I was unsure if I would be able to assemble it properly. The crew that came out to our home to assemble it for us were professional and were in and out within an hour.

As for the chair itself, it literally has every and any feature you can think of. The neck and shoulder massage is in a class of itself and was night and day compared to our old model. I was initially leaning towards the Osaki 4000, but was willing to spend an extra ~$1500 for the additional features this chair offers. The deep tissue massage, rejuvenating foot rollers, thai body stretching, swaying features and the amazing neck and shoulder massages are just what the doctors ordered.

There are no words to describe what an amazing feeling it’s to say I own this chair. This chair gives an incredibly deep massage, which is exactly what I was looking for and expecting from a chair in this price range.

I tried it out several times at my local mall and came very close to purchasing it, but luckily I came online to research reviews for it prior to buying. Luckily, I did, because I stumbled upon Massage Chair Deals and easily saved over $750 with the online only coupon offer and not being charged an 8% sales tax.

Let’s just say that the thai-stretching deep tissue massage feature is infinitely better from the comfort of your home versus random strangers staring at you using it in the brick and mortar store! 🙂
