Hide-a-Way System

For the purpose of shear style and appearance, the OS-3D Pro Intelligent transforms to look like a regular recliner. When the massage starts or ends -- which can be done by simply releasing the latch -- the foot portion will fold open from the leg ottoman. For the arms, a quick press of a button and the arm massagers will pop up. When this chair is in its standby state, it's designed to lend itself to a variety of decor. It looks like a regular recliner without losing any of the great features.

3D Massage

The advanced 3D technology provides far more consistent massage pressure through back. Allowing the head to push out and retract, the roller heads can adjust to the curvature of your back, particularly in the neck and lower back region which most massage chairs often neglect.

Cloud Airbag Massage Chair

Multi-layer wrapping airbags are thoughtfully positioned throughout the chair to massage key areas such as the hips, thighs, calves, feet, arms, neck and lumbar. Multi-layering ensures a more durable and reliable inflation system without the worries of leaks or punctures. There are total of 43 airbags.

Foot and Calf Roller Massage

Lined on the bottom of each foot, there is a large spinning roller massager that provides a luxurious massage along the bridge of the feet. As the airbags inflate, it will press the feet down on the rollers for added pressure. It doesn't stop there! This innovative 2-in-1 system also allows for you to massage your calves with the roller massagers.

This exclusive design is unique to this chair and is one of few chairs that can massage the foot and calves with spinning rollers. Simply fold the foot massager in the calf portion and transform it into a leg ottoman that will massage the back of the calves. Also located in the heel and along the back of the calves, there are pressure point knobs that will press into that areas as the air bag inflates. This will give you the feel of thumbs pressing firmly like a shiatsu massage.

Innovative Hide-a-Way Arms

You no longer have to worry about the arm massagers being in the way when this chair is not in use! Simply press the release button on both sides of the chair and the arm massagers will pop up from the top of the armrests. Once the arm massagers have completely opened, simply place your forearms into the sleeve and enjoy the massage.

To hide the arm massagers, gently press down from the top center of the wood-like panel until it locks into place.

Incredible Foot Roller Massage

Located on the bottom of the feet, there is a spinning reflexogy massager which provides a soothing kneading style application. As the rollers spin it will stimulate acupuncture points, and as the air bags inflate, it will generate a much deeper massage.

Computer Body Scan

Traditionally, massage chairs have been designed to massage in a linear vertical motion, preventing even pressure in the lower and upper back. This massage chair, however, is equipped with 3D technology that allows the rollers to focus on the neck, shoulder and lumbar massage areas according to body’s curvatures. This, in turn, applies very consistent pressure. The computer body scan will map your body prior to starting the massage so that it may delivery a customized massage.

Built-in Voice Tutorial

When turning on the massage chair, you will hear a voice prompt letting you know what the chair is doing. Once you are familiar with the chair and no longer need the voice prompt, you can simply turn it off by pressing the button on the remote control.

Easy to Use Remote

This massage chair's remote control is equipped with a large VFD screen that displays what functions are being used. There are 4 unique pre-set programs each concentrating on different massages and frequency.

Manual Mode: If you want to use a more localized massage, you can flip the lid down to access the manual panel. From there you can select the style massage, the intensity, the area of massage, air intensity and more features.

Automatic Recline and Leg Ottoman

The OS-3D Pro Intelligent allows for you to recline the backrest and simultaneously raise the leg ottoman or control the leg portion independently by using the button on the bottom left on the remote.

Wireless Remote

Located on the back of the main remote you will find a compact wireless remote allowing you to control the main features of the chair without having to struggle to reach the main remote in the reclined position.

Swivel Remote Control Stand

For your convenience, the remote is mounted to a metal arm that is mounted on the side of the chair. The remote can be removed by simply lifting it up. The angle in which it faces can rotate 360 degrees.

A dolly or hand truck can also be a helpful method of hauling the chair inside. Depending on the chair you are purchasing, your order may arrive unassembled. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions:

I tested this chair out at a local massage chair store prior to purchasing from this site and it’s definitely smaller than the other Osaki models in both weight and length, which may turn off some buyers, but it’s exactly what I was looking for. Big things come in small packages right?

I love how this chair seamlessly fits in with my current furniture. Sure, the other Osaki 3D models offer different colors that may fit in with furniture, but unlike the other chairs, you wouldn’t know it was a massage chair until you started it up because of the hideaway feature. You would be surprised to know how many guests I’ve entertained that have sat in it, but didn’t know it was a massage chair until I’ve told them to start it up.

Despite the slightly smaller length, it also features a 31″ massage track, the same as the pricier Pro Dreamer and Pro Cyber. My husband is 6’3 and it massages all the places that need to be massaged.

The Pro Dreamer has a few more air bags but the real gem is the calf roller system, which I believe is the first and only massage chair by Osaki to have that feature. The other two chairs simply have air bags deploying around the calf area, this chair has ROLLERS for the calves an feet in addition to the standard air bags. I tested all three out and the Pro Intelligent is by far the more superior chair in that respect.

I also love that you can remove the remote stand and that it comes with and use the wireless remote instead. The wireless remote gives you all the features that the stand offers but without the extra ugliness. Again, the other 3D models don’t offer this.

The massage itself was a little overwhelming for me when I tried it but I’ve come to love it. The 3D rollers are night and day compared to the lower-end models that don’t offer the 3D feature. The other two Osaki 3D models offer a similar 3D massage, but the others have a few bells and whistles that this doesn’t offer, such as the hip and shoulder massages. It also doesn’t come with the Zero Gravity feature, which is a negative for me. It is very much like a traditional recliner that gives an extraordinary massage of the entire back, the calves and the feet.

While Zero Gravity and massages for the shoulders and hips would have been nice to have, it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. I just wanted a chair that didn’t overtly look like a massage chair and can pass as any other recliner and this fit the bill.
