Curbside Delivery

All massage chair orders qualify for free Curbside Delivery. Your order will be left on your curb or near your entryway after you accept delivery. The delivery driver will not bring your chair into your residence. Massage chairs are heavy and we recommend having another person or two on hand to help carry the box(es) inside. A dolly or hand truck can also be a helpful method of hauling the chair inside. Depending on the chair you are purchasing, your order may arrive unassembled. Threshold Delivery - $75

The delivery driver will place your order at the first dry area available, such as inside a garage, near your entryway, inside a front door, or underneath a carport to ensure protection from the elements. In-Home Delivery & Set Up - $179

Your order is delivered directly to a third party agent. Shortly after the agent receives your order, they will call you to coordinate a delivery window. On that date, they will carry your massage chair box(es) inside the room of your choice (up to two flights of stairs), unbox, and assemble your chair. Note that in smaller markets, the third party agents are not necessarily experts in assembling massage chairs and we highly recommend opting for one of the other two shipping options if at all possible. | Approximate Delivery: 2-3 weeks

Kyota Warranty Plans

4 Year Warranty with Limited Parts & Labor - FREE

Kyota guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at their option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first four (4) years of ownership. This warranty plan includes one (1) year of in-home labor, two (2) years of parts, and four (4) years of structural framework.

Kyota Promise Preferred - $399

For an additional price, Kyota offers a three year parts and labor bumper-to-bumper warranty. This includes a total of three (3) years of in-home labor, three (3) years of parts, and four (4) years of structural framework coverage.

Kyota Promise Enhanced - $599

For an additional price, Kyota offers a five year parts and labor bumper-to-bumper warranty. This includes a total of five (5) years of in-home labor, five (5) years of parts, and five (5) years of structural framework coverage. This extended warranty plan offers the most comprehensive coverage.

Complete Care Warranty Period:

For In-Home service, Kyota will arrange all covered parts deemed necessary, to be sent to the consumer and, if necessary, an authorized service provider to repair the product at the customer’s residence, at no charge to the customer. If a particular part is no longer manufactured, Kyota may replace your product with a similar product. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the product. In the event you choose not to accept a replacement for your product, Kyota is no longer responsible for making repairs under the warranty coverage

For any repairs needed during the 2, 3 or 5 year parts warranty coverage, Kyota will provide covered parts at no cost; however, consumer is responsible for any and all shipping, duties and brokerage fees on parts not covered by this warranty or covered but outside of the coverage period. Structure warranty is limited to the steel and steel-welded parts of the frame. If a replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty period, the consumer is responsible for shipping, duties, and brokerage fees related to the replacement. Kyota, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame. Field Service is only available in the United States. Field Service requires pre-approval and, if necessary, must be performed by Kyota-authorized field service personnel to maintain warranty coverage.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions:

Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation; unauthorized repairs; use in a commercial or corporate setting; alterations or modifications of original condition; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product, including but not limited to remote controls; a malfunction or damage resulting from improper use or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; transportation damage; theft; abuse; misuse; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased or acquired from unauthorized dealers. This warranty is not transferable. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use. Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those conditions naturally occur with fabrics. Natural markings and grain and dye variations in leather do not constitute a defect under this warranty. Failures of attach points, such as, but not limited to: stitching, Velcro, and zippers, do not constitute a defect under this warranty.

Please be prepared to describe the product that needs service and the nature of the problem. All repairs and replacements must be authorized in advance. Limits and exclusions: Coverage under this warranty is limited to the United States of America, including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Awesome Chair

After 2 weeks of thinking about this chair I pulled the plug. I think all of the features are good. My only issue is I am 6’4 287. I went with this chair because the weight capacity was 300 and height said 6’5 not sure how they came up with those measurements but it’s really tight for me. Nevertheless for a smaller person that doesn’t gym this would be an awesome purchase…

After some trouble getting the remote to connect we were off and running. the entire family loves the chair. My wife loves the foot and calf massages and I love the low back and upper back with heat! Chair was easy to setup once we got it upstairs. Man is it solid! Chair looked and works as promised. Very happy with this purchase.

Relaxation Haven

This Massage Chair is genuinely impressive when it comes to massaging my calves and feet. I read from other reviews that it firmly grips the calves in particular. That is just what I wanted, and it totally lives up to the hype… The stretch functions are also quite enjoyable.. I was pleasantly surprised by its extensive reclining ability; it easily goes well beyond the 180 degree mark. It also arrived super quickly and was in great shape for a preowned.
