4D + 3D Dual Rollers
The Osaki 4D Manhattan Duo Mech breaks away from the single-roller design found in most massage chairs by using two separate roller systems for a fuller massage experience.
4D rollers target your neck through mid-back, while a separate 3D mechanism focuses on your lower back and glutes — at the same time. Control the intensity of the upper and lower rollers separately, with six levels each.

AI Health Detection
AI analyzes your tension and fatigue levels. Just place your palm on the ache sensor, and the tablet will display a color-coded representation of tension along your body—plus a fatigue score out of 100. The chair then generates a custom massage that targets your specific needs.

Airbags massage your outer shoulders, waist, arms & hands, calves, and feet. The airbag intensity can be adjusted up to five levels.
Arm & Hand Compression
Treat yourself to a relaxing arm and hand compression massage by sliding your arms into the dedicated pockets. The airbags are lined with mini nodes to boost the massage effect.
Calf Kneading & Oscillation
Eight calf airbags rotate in a circular motion, deeply kneading your legs. This targeted action helps reduce muscle fatigue and revives tired legs.
Reflexology Foot Rollers
Reflexology rollers work the bottoms of your feet with true-to-life accuracy. At the same time, memory foam-lined airbags compress the sides and tops of your feet. The footrest is fully enclosed for a deeper, more heightened level of relief.
Manual Massage Techniques & Fine-Tuning
Craft your perfect massage in manual mode. Choose your favorite technique, focus on key areas, and fine-tune every detail.
- New! Custom Massage: Looking for relief in one or more areas? Select your target region(s), and the chair will focus on it.
- 7 Roller Massage Styles: Choose from seven different roller massage techniques, including Kneading, Shiatsu, Thumping, Tapping, Clapping, Rolling, and Scraping. You can even choose two entirely separate techniques for the upper and lower rollers.
- 4D + 3D Roller Intensity: Independently adjust the pressure of the upper 4D rollers and lower 3D rollers with six depth settings each.
- Lower Body Massage: Toggle the foot rollers/airbags and calf kneading function on or off, independently.
- Roller Width Adjustment: Choose from three roller widths for each roller mechanism. This determines how close or far apart the quad rollers massage relative to each other.
- Roller Speed Adjustment: Adjust the speed of the rollers up to five settings, from slow to fast.
- Localized Massage: Pinpoint the rollers on a region or specific area of the back by selecting Partial or Spot mode.
- 30 Minute Timer: The massage cycle can be increased up to a maximum of 30 minutes.
- Heat: The lower back/seat and calf heat can be toggled on or off. You can activate one heated area or both simultaneously.
- Remote Settings: You can connect the chair to Wi-Fi to create a User Profile, enable or disable Bluetooth pairing, select the tablet display language (English or Chinese), update firmware, toggle the exterior LED lights on or off, adjust the touch volume, set the sleep timer, and alter the screen’s brightness.
