OTA World Niles Becomes Massage Chair Deals

Exciting changes are coming to OTA World in Niles, IL. Beginning in October 2026, our Chicago-area Niles showroom will become Massage Chair Deals, bringing an expanded selection of massage chairs to customers throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

OTA World has been open in Niles since 2020, giving visitors the opportunity to experience massage chairs in person. While our name is changing, the same hands-on service and local customer experience will continue, now with an even greater selection to explore.

A Newly Expanded Massage Chair Showroom

If you have visited OTA World recently, you may have noticed that we’ve been busy making some changes. Our Niles showroom has been under construction since spring, and after months of renovations, we’re getting closer to opening our doors.

Beginning in October 2026, visitors will be able to experience our newly expanded showroom as Massage Chair Deals.

Our goal is to offer the largest selection of massage chairs to try in the Chicagoland area, with a wide variety of models available to test in person before making a decision. We also plan to continue adding more brands to the showroom, giving customers the opportunity to compare massage chairs from different manufacturers all under one roof.

More Massage Chairs and More Brands to Experience

One of the biggest changes customers will notice is the expanded selection.

Massage Chair Deals has offered massage chairs from many of the industry’s leading brands for more than 12 years, including Osaki, Titan, Infinity, and Kyota. Bringing the Massage Chair Deals name to our Niles showroom will allow us to showcase a broader variety of the massage chairs and brands we offer.

Trying a massage chair in person can be especially helpful because every chair feels a little different. Some provide a gentler massage, while others offer deeper pressure. Roller movements, neck and shoulder coverage, stretching, foot massage, air compression, and even the way you fit in the chair can vary considerably from model to model.

Our expanded showroom will make it easier to sit in different chairs, compare how they feel, explore their features, and receive hands-on assistance while deciding which model is right for you.

Although the showroom will have a new name and a larger selection, everything customers have come to expect from OTA World will continue at Massage Chair Deals.

Customers throughout the greater Chicagoland area will continue to receive free local delivery and setup with qualifying massage chair purchases. Our team will also continue to provide the same personal assistance before, during, and after your purchase.

A New Place to Try Massage Chairs in Person Near Chicago

Our showroom — located at 898 Civic Center Dr. in Niles, IL — is conveniently located just off Waukegan Road and Oakton Street, in the same shopping plaza as H Mart and The Home Depot. Niles sits just north of the Chicago city limits, making our showroom easily accessible for customers throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, as well as those traveling from across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. Instead of trying to determine how a massage chair feels from specifications or videos alone, visitors can stop in, take their time, and compare different models for themselves.

After being under construction since spring, we’re excited to finally be nearing the completion of our new showroom.
