The Osaki AI Apex Duo 5D+4D features car-style doors that slide outward. Unlike traditional massage chairs that require maneuvering around the footrest, this design lets you step in naturally from the side. This makes entry and exit easier and improves accessibility, including for those with mobility limitations.
5D + 4D Dual Back Rollers
The Apex Duo has two synchronized roller systems — 5D rollers covering your neck through mid-back and 4D rollers focused on your lower back and glutes — creating seamless, full-back coverage.

Full Body Airbags
The Apex Duo’s 62 airbag cells surround your body with full-coverage compression. The airbags squeeze and hold you in place while the rollers move up and down your back, creating a coordinated massage unlike any other.
Airbags massage your outer shoulders, lower back, arms & hands, waist, calves, and feet. The arm airbags are divided into three sections, producing a powerful wave-like kneading and pressing motion. Choose from five levels of airbag intensity.
Calf Kneading & Oscillation
Eight airbags apply a rhythmic kneading and oscillating motion along your calves, instantly revitalizing your legs.
Calf Rollers
As airbags deeply knead your legs, two rollers work the backs of your calves to ease built-up tightness. You can choose between two calf roller speeds or turn them off entirely.
Reflexology Foot Rollers
Reflexology rollers massage the bottoms of your feet from heel to toe, stimulating key pressure points. At the same time, airbags compress the sides of your feet for a more complete, balanced foot massage. The enclosed footrest will fit up to a men’s size 12.5.

- 5D + 4D Roller Intensity: Independently adjust the pressure of the upper 5D rollers and lower 4D rollers with five depth settings each.
- Lower Body Massage: Toggle the foot and calf rollers on or off independently, or choose between two speed settings for each.
- Roller Width Adjustment: Choose from three roller widths for each roller mechanism. This determines how close or far apart the quad rollers massage relative to each other.
- Roller Speed Adjustment: Adjust the speed of the rollers up to five settings, from slow to fast.
- Localized Massage: Pinpoint the rollers on a region or specific area of your back by selecting Partial or Point mode.
- 30 Minute Timer: The massage cycle can be increased up to a maximum of 30 minutes.
- Remote Settings: You can enable or disable Bluetooth pairing, set the speaker volume, select the tablet display language (English, Chinese, or Korean), update firmware, set the sleep timer, and alter the screen’s brightness.
Auto Foot Extension
