The OS-Pro Omni is a full body chair, massaging from the neck down to the bottoms of your feet utilizing its ultra-long roller track and airbag system. L-Track Roller System
The Osaki OS-Pro Omni boasts a powerful 50 inch quad roller L-Track design. The chair massages from the neck down to the tailbone utilizing S-track technology, which follows the natural “S”-shaped curvature of the spine. The roller track then tucks underneath the seat to reach the gluteal muscles and upper hamstrings, creating an “L”-like shape. Since the in-seat roller massage replaces air compression bags in conventional massage chairs, the OS-Pro Omni’s L-Track engineering provides 33% more roller coverage.
2 Stage Zero Gravity Recline
The OS-Pro Omni incorporates two stages of the popular Zero Gravity recline position. Zero Gravity is designed to emulate the weightlessness that astronauts experience in space. The first Zero Gravity recline positions brings your legs level with your heart to remove spinal pressure. During the second stage, the angle of the backrest reclines further and the foot ottoman elevates up.
Zero Gravity has a host of benefits when it applies to a massage chair. Since your body weight is completely supported by the backrest, it will provide the strongest massage possible. Zero Gravity also permits spinal decompression, alleviates pressure off the lower back, increases blood circulation, increases lung function and much more.
Mechanical Foot Rollers
Located on the bottom of the OS-Pro Omni’s foot ottoman are two rows of spinning rollers. The foot rollers provide an invigorating acupressure massage to the foot soles. While the kneading-style sole roller massage is stimulating the bottoms of the feet, airbags in the wells of the footrest inflate and deflate simultaneously on the sides of the feet, pushing the feet into closer contact with the rollers for a deeper tissue foot massage.
30 Airbags
The OS-Pro Omni wouldn’t be a full body massage chair without the addition of air compression bags. It has 30 airbags in total distributed throughout the chair, allowing the chair to target the crucial areas of the body that even an ultra-long 50 inch track can’t reach. The airbags are located in the outer shoulder region, inside the arm pockets, outside the calves, and the sides of the feet (foot rollers are located underneath the feet, as noted above, too).
Airbags work with the roller massagers during the six auto programs to provide anywhere from a gentle to strong contoured air compression massage.
When the airbags are deployed, they wrap around the part of the body they’re targeting, stimulating blood circulation, relieving fatigue, and inducing a stretch & twist motion when they inflate independent of each other.
You can control the pressure of airbags up to 5 settings on the OS-Pro Omni, from gentle to strong.
- Shoulder Air Massage: 6 airbag pieces are located just outside the shoulders. They inflate in front of the torso to dig into the outer shoulders and also serve to pin your shoulders to the backrest to enjoy a deeper tissue roller massage
- Arm Air Massage: The OS-Pro Omni has dedicated pockets to place your arms in during your massage session. 4 airbags are located on the top and underneath the durable spandex-lined pockets, inflating and deflating independent of each other to give a rejuvenating arm and wrist massage
- Calf Air Massage: 12 airbag pieces line the sides of the calves in the foot ottoman. The airbags wrap around your calf muscles, providing a therapeutic kneading-like compression massage to a region of the body that is often neglected. After a tiring day on your feet or post-workout, this is a welcome feature
- Foot Air Massage: A combined 8 airbag pieces are located on the very bottom of the footrest. The airbags are a supplement to the spinning mechanical rollers that are on the underside of the feet. The airbags are placed on the sides of the feet to not only massage the outside of the feet but to also force the feet deeper into the foot rollers
Body Scanning Technology
Prior to selecting one of the six automated programs or creating a manual massage session, the OS-Pro Omni will initiate a body scan to measure the key areas of the back, including detecting the shoulder line and your height. This will allow the chair to tailor the massage to your unique body shape and height, ensuring that consistent pressure is applied throughout your massage session and that the rollers and airbags are targeting the correct areas.
Simply press your back completely against the backrest for an accurate reading when selecting a massage setting.
Lumbar Heating
The OS-Pro Omni features a dual built-in heat source in the lower lumbar area of the chair that perfectly complements your massage session. Heat therapy has been used for centuries as a remedy for sore muscle pain and inflammation and this applies to a massage chair, too. The soothing relief of heat warms up the muscles and allows for the rollers to dig into the back much more effectively. Heat can be activated on or off via the remote control panel.
Space Saving Design
Minimize the footprint in the room of your choice with the chair’s space saving recline feature. The OS-Pro Omni will need to be placed 4.7 inches of the nearest wall. At its maximum recline during the second stage of the Zero Gravity position, the chair slides forward slightly on its base, allowing you to place the chair less than 5 inches against the wall. Most other massage chairs without the space saving function will require the chair to be placed at least 1-2 feet in front of the wall.
Six Automated Programs
The OS-Pro Omni comes equipped with six pre-set automatic programs, including Deep Tissue, Stretch, Calm, Relax, Wake Up and Relax. Each of the auto programs are expertly designed by Osaki engineers to fit a wide scope of your daily needs.
- Deep Tissue: The strongest massage of the six programs, this mode engages the full body in a deep tissue massage. It focuses on the neck, shoulders, waist and hips
- Stretch: This program engages a full body stretch. It stretches the back muscles, hands, hamstrings and the entire body by deploying airbags to twist the body
- Calm: Calm engages the full body with a light tapping and knocking technique
- Relax: This program provides a relaxing full body massage. It will start with a slow kneading and heavy tapping message and gradually progresses to an in-depth massage that targets the neck and lower back
- Wake Up: As the name of the program indicates, it’s ideal for use when beginning your day. It will deliver a light, stimulating tapping massage that refreshes your entire body and gets you ready to conquer a new day
- Sleeping: This program will put you in a deep state of relaxation and will help you fall asleep quicker. It engages the body in a gentle relaxation course that’s based on tapping actions
Manual Settings
Customize and create your ideal massage session by tapping the “manual” button on the remote control. Through the manual settings, you can localize a specific or general area where you want the rollers to massage and select which massage technique you want (Kneading, Swedish, Tapping, Shiatsu, Clapping or Rolling).
Additionally, there are several customizations you can make on the chair to fine tune the massage to your liking. Adjust the width of the rollers up to 3 settings (Wide, Normal or Narrow); increase the speed of rollers up to 5 settings; alter the intensity of the airbags up to 5 levels; activate just the airbags (or select which airbags you want activated); independently alter the angle of the footrest; and adjust the timer of your massage session from 5-30 minutes (in 5 minute increments).
Bluetooth Compatible Music System
Two high quality speaker systems are mounted on both sides of the headrest which will play your favorite music, podcast or audio book via Bluetooth technology. Simply pair your smartphone, MP3 player or any other Bluetooth-compatible device to the OS-Pro Omni to enjoy this feature.
Adjustable Footrest
The OS-Pro Omni comfortably fits users from 5’0 to 6’2. Because of the wide variance in height this chair accommodates, it comes equipped with a spring loaded foot ottoman. Simply exert slight pressure with your feet to expand the foot clearance.
Remote Control
The OS-Pro Omni boasts an easy-to-use remote control with all the auto programs, manual techniques and customizations clearly labeled underneath the individual buttons.
