Five Easy-to-Use Preset Auto Programs

Health Care, Full Body Relax, Therapy, Neck/Shoulder, and Back/Lumbar. All five preset programs each boast different massage combinations and timer settings.

Four Massage Types

In the manual mode, you select from these four massage techniques: Kneading & Tapping, Kneading, Tapping, and Rolling.

Manual mode massage descriptions:

Synchronal Massage of Kneading and Tapping: Unique synchronal massage of kneading and tapping can effectively remove tiredness, relax muscle strains and activate blood circulation, improve spirit system and help muscles recover softness and elasticity rapidly.
Kneading Massage: This massage technique feels like the fingers and thumbs of two hands squeezing in unison as they carefully and methodically work their way up the back. Kneading effectively improves skin softness and elasticity.
Tapping Massage: This technique feels like the edges of two hands rhythmically tapping to penetrate into the body and relax your muscles.
Rolling Massage: The massage rollers go up and down along the spine from your lower back up to your neck and back down, effectively gently stretching the ligaments of your back.

All massage chair orders qualify for free Curbside Delivery. Your order will be left on your curb or near your entryway after you accept delivery. The delivery driver will not bring your chair into your residence. Massage chairs are heavy and we recommend having another person or two on hand to help carry the box(es) inside. A dolly or hand truck can also be a helpful method of hauling the chair inside. Depending on the chair you are purchasing, your order may arrive unassembled. Assembly instructions are included in your chair's packaging and most models can be installed in under an hour. | Approximate Delivery: 1-2 weeks

Threshold Delivery - $75

The delivery driver will place your order at the first dry area available, such as inside a garage, near your entryway, inside a front door, or underneath a carport to ensure protection from the elements. In-Home Delivery & Set Up - $179

Your order is delivered directly to a third party agent. Shortly after the agent receives your order, they will call you to coordinate a delivery window. On that date, they will carry your massage chair box(es) inside the room of your choice (up to two flights of stairs), unbox, and assemble your chair. 3 Year Plan: 1 Year Labor & 3 Years Parts - FREE

Osaki guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at their option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first three (3) years of ownership. This warranty plan includes one (1) year of in-home labor and three (3) years of parts & structural framework.

4 Year Plan: 2 Years Labor & 4 Years Parts - $249

For an additional price, Osaki guarantees two (2) years of in-home labor and four (4) years of parts & structural framework coverage.

5 Year Plan: 3 Years Labor & 5 Years Parts - $349

For an additional price, Osaki guarantees three (3) years of in-home labor and five (5) years of parts & structural framework coverage.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions:

Warranties are non-transferable, and do not cover any damage or loss caused by: use in a commercial or corporate setting; failure to follow operating instructions; Electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product; including but not limited to remote controls; Damage resulting from improper use or maintenance; vandalism; environmental conditions; exposure to environmental conditions (rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, wind, hail, earthquake, tornado, fire, flood); loss of use during the period that the product is being repaired; products purchased from unauthorized resellers; alterations or modifications of original condition; theft; neglect; unauthorized repairs; loss of power. Damage that occurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Fading, wearing, and the pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under the warranty. Warranties are only valid within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada, provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. All warranties begin on the DATE OF PURCHASE. Titan Chair, LLC, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame.

We did not expect such a great chair at the price we paid. My wife and i use it every day. I am 6’2 and my wife is 5’7 inches tall and this chair compensates for both of use. Wish we had bought it 10 years ago.

I absolutely love this chair. I use it for 30 minutes everyday. If you take out the removable padding you can get a VERY strong massage from this chair. The price is HALF what you would pay for another chair of this caliber. I have ZERO complaints. The chair is very easy to assemble and comes in sections. I was able to carry all the parts upstairs and assemble myself.

Prior to purchasing, we knew we wanted a massage chair but were very intimidated by all the different choices that were offered especially since we didn’t know what to expect and never previously owned one.

We decided to go with the bare bones Osaki 1000 Deluxe Chair and we’re very content with our purchase. It doesn’t come equipped with all the advanced features all the other fancy other chairs come with, but this is in line with the much more traditional chair we were looking for. It’s comfortable to sit in, has an expensive look, delivers a solid massage & has helped ease some of my DH’s back pain.

I honestly didn’t expect this chair to be too good because of the price. I also didn’t want all different kinds of fancy functions like other massage chairs out there with extra money. But, this was beyond what I imagined because the massage itself is actually really great. It gives you strong enough massage to release all of your pain and stress. There are some noises here and there, but overall, it is a quite satisfactory investment for me. There was even nothing to install really either yet only backrest. It really took five minutes to assemble and the size is not even big since my apartment is small. I love the massage, and there is nothing really to complain about this chair. I would like to invest more in the future in Osaki brand. The chair quality is very good.
