We’ve had the Osaki Cyber Pro a little under 2 months now, and the chair has worked flawlessly the entire time. As already mentioned, the controls and settings take a little time to become familiar with and to discover what works best for individual preferences. The only negatives for us would be the lack of backlighting to allow operating in dim lighting and the fact that the control panel has a blue light bar shining brightly that cannot be turned off or dimmed. Also, a memory setting for the variations of the programs would be nice, so you could easily return to whatever your sweet spot is without having to toggle through the individual functions each time. I should add, the delivery was flawless in every detail. Communication with Massage Chair Deals was excellent, as well as the trucking company who brought the chair to us. They gave us a window and delivered on time.

I bought this exact model (brown) about 2 yrs ago and since then have moved to another house and this chair still works as good as the first day I had it. The pre-programmed settings work great and offers enough variations to suit my needs. The individual controls are awesome in case I just want to isolate specific parts to get either a massage with rollers or only the air bags. I’ve tried many other comparable chairs and this is the best in my opinion!

Wow… Very impressive. I have to say I really scoured the internet before deciding to buy this chair and the couple of fears that I had about the chair from some reviews I read ended up being no big deal at all. Liking much lighter massages, (and my husband loving them as rough as they can get, lol) I was highly concerned that this chair may be too strong for me. I read a lot of reviews that talked about how it was really harsh on the lower spine and that the 3d function didn’t really change the strength level of the massage that much. That overall, it was just going to be a tough massage no matter what you did, however, for me, this ended up being a non-issue. I can definitely tell a MAJOR difference between all the settings and can get it to be as light as I need it to be now. At first I used a little throw pillow behind my lower back, but after about a week of using the chair I got used to it and never had to use the pillow again.

I had really considered getting the 4000T, but knew my husband probably wouldn’t be as happy with that one… so I made the leap of faith and got this chair instead. BOY AM I GLAD I DID. My husband is a larger guy- body builder type (about 265 lbs and 5′ 11″) He fits comfortably in this chair and I think he would’ve been squished in the 4000T.

The functionality of this chair just makes me speechless. There is so much stuff you can do with this. My husband and I have had really bad back and neck issues and this chair has been resolving them… Pretty impressive considering that I have previously need prescription pain meds for my upper back and neck problems.

I find that with this chair we can hit all the spots we need and the foot, calf, arm, and hand massage is just a really fun bonus.

Why did we never think of getting one of these before? My goodness… I think that everyone should have one of these. Of course a few of our friends tried it out too and loved it as well. As one of my friends said “It’s like having 5 people massaging you at once!”

The only thing that I would say needs to be improved is a backlight for the keypad. It is really annoying when you are in the dark and can’t see the buttons, but no biggie- just have to remember to leave a lamp on before you jump in the chair.

I recently purchased this massage chair and it is amazing! The design and color was nice and sleek. The delivery was smooth and on-time. Everything was lovely, even the assembly was easy! It has a deeper massage than the other massage chairs I've tried. I love how the massage chair is ideal for all body types and preferences but this chair is certainly delightful. It's a very comfortable chair, and the control panel is very simple and easy to use. My wife especially loves how you can change the different setting/intensity level/strength with a touch of a button. The zero gravity is also a nice feature!
Overall, my family and I are satisfied with our purchase. It's a money well spent! The massage chair altogether is exceptionally wonderful and enjoyable for the family.

We purchased the black 3D Cyber and also chose white glove delivery. We were told that white glove delivery adds about a week to the delivery process since it’s transported to a local company that then delivers and installs it in our home. However, it was at the warehouse in the New York area for about a week before they finally called us to schedule an appointment. Granted, it was the holiday season and they were probably busy but waiting for the chair to finally arrive was an agonizing process. It took just under a month to finally arrive in total but the team that installed it for us were knowledgeable and professional.

We were struck by how truly beautiful and sleek this chair looks in person; it was listed at a high-end price and it has a high-end look. The massage itself lives up to its promise of giving a nice deep massage that can be customized to your liking. Having never used a massage chair, I was a little in over my head on what settings to use but was able to figure it out after a few sittings and reading the manual. I’m still learning new features every time I use it so there is a small learning curve there.

One small complaint I have is that the lower back rollers seem to be too intense for me on the lower back seemingly no matter the settings/pressure used. It doesn’t seem to be exclusive to my chair as I’ve read other reviews with people saying the same thing. Since I’ve set a throw pillow as an extra layer to protect my lower back, though, it seems to have fixed that grievance.

I recommend starting out using the pre-set programs (comfort, relax, full air) and slowly working your way up in pressure until you find the settings that you’re best comfortable with because it’s capable of doing some damage if you’re not careful. Despite the small complaints, I cannot say anything else about the chair that I dislike. You get what you pay for and this chair has the ability to do anything you want to do. I have to admit that since I’ve had it assembled, there is no better feeling than sitting in it after a stressful day at work.

I tried this chair out at a local trade show I was at and was really impressed by its look and the deep massage it gave me. I also tried out the 4000 and this chair’s 3D features compared to the 4000 was enough of a difference to shell out the extra $. The 4000 still offers a solid massage at an affordable rate, but there was no comparison between the two in my eyes. I called this site to see if they had it in stock, thinking I was going to hold on purchasing it, but ended up pulling the trigger on it after they offered me an additional discount. Great chair to dive into after a day at the office or after a workout.

When looking at what chair to purchase, I knew I (a) wanted an Osaki model and (b) wanted a 3D chair because of the extra pressure it gives. Except I didnt know which 3D model to buy since Osaki offers three different models. This is a few hundred dollars cheaper than the Pro Dreamer and is about the same price as the Pro Intelligent.

I went with this chair because I liked the finish and body lines considerably more than the other two, though the Intelligent’s hide-a-way feature was also attactive to me.

This chair offers 9-10 out of the box preset programs such as relax, comfort stretch, deep press and de-stress. It takes you a couple of days of testing out the kinks to find which one is best for you but I’ve found that the deep press (pressure) massage is the ideal option when you’re in need of an intense massage though I do warn it could be too much for some. I wouldn’t recommend it for everyday use, but when you’re stressed and in need of a pressurized massage, it’s a wonderful feature to have. Our go-to option is comfort and relax.

Of course the chair’s main’s selling point is the 3D feature which gives the strongest massage I’ve ever received. The higher intensities are too strong for me and my partner but I’ve found the middle intensity is a sweet spot for me: still strong but not as overbearing as the two higher intensities.
