We have years of experience partnering with massage chair manufacturers and we’re confident that their massage chairs are so durable that in most cases customers never need to use their warranty. The manufacturers, however, provide a free standard warranty automatically with each purchase as a sign of confidence in expected reliability and quality.

When shopping on MassageChairDeals.com, you may notice that most manufacturers also offer an extended warranty. An extended warranty protects you in the unlikely case that there is a defect or malfunction with your chair after your initial warranty expires.

  • This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and framework of the chair.
  • This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first (1st) year at no cost to the customer.
  • This warranty includes parts costs covered for the second (2nd) year at no cost to the customer.
  • Structural framework on selected products carries an additional one (1) year of warranty for a total three (3) years.
  • The additional extended warranties includes parts costs covered at no cost to the customer.

What the Osaki warranty does not cover:
  • This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred.
  • This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse.
  • The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.

Osaki Extended Warranties:

4 Year Extended Warranty: For an additional price, Osaki guarantees a total of two (2) years of in-home labor, a total of three (3) years of parts and structural framework, and a total of four (4) years of structural framework. The 4 Year Extended Warranty must be purchased when you place your massage chair order.

5 Year Extended Warranty: For an additional price, Osaki guarantees a total of three (3) years of in-home labor, a total of four (4) years of parts and structural framework, and a total of five (5) years of structural framework. The 5 Year Extended Warranty must be purchased when you place your massage chair order.

3 Year “Peace of Mind” Warranty and Limited Parts and Labor: Infinity (Infinite Therapeutics) guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein:

  • This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and framework of the chair.
  • This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first (1st) year at no cost to the customer.
  • This warranty includes parts costs covered for the second (2nd) year at no cost to the customer.
  • Structural framework on selected products carries an additional one (1) year of warranty for a total three (3) years.

Infinity Extended Warranties:

4 Year Extended Warranty (parts only): For an additional price, Infinity guarantees total of three (3) years of parts. The 4 Year Extended Warranty must be purchased when you place your massage chair order.

5 Year Extended Warranty (parts only): For an additional price, Infinity guarantees a total of four (4) years of parts. The 5 Year Extended Warranty must be purchased when you place your massage chair order.

In-Home Service Warranty Period: During the In-Home service and parts warranty period, Infinite Therapeutics, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame. If a particular part is not available, Infinite Therapeutics may replace your product with a similar product. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the product. In the event you choose not to accept a replacement for your product, Infinite Therapeutics is no longer responsible for making repairs under the warranty coverage. Infinite Therapeutics will arrange for all covered parts deemed necessary to be sent to the consumer and, if necessary, an authorized service provider to repair the product at the customer’s residence at no charge. Any repairs needed during the Parts warranty coverage will be provided at no cost; however, consumer is responsible for any and all shipping, duties and brokerage fees. Structure warranty is limited to the wooden frame and/or welded parts of the frame for the product. If a replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty period, consumer is responsible for shipping, duties and brokerage fees related to the replacement. Field Service is only available in the United States and major metropolitan areas in Canada. Field Service requires pre-approval and, if necessary, must be performed by an Infinite Therapeutics-authorized field service personnel to maintain warranty coverage.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation; unauthorized repairs; alterations or modifications of original condition; improper use of electrical/power supply, loss of power; electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product; a malfunction or damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; transportation damage; theft; abuse; misuse; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.

What the Superior Massage Chairs warranty covers:

  • This warranty explicitly covers parts, costs, and labor for the first (1st) year at no additional cost to the customer.
  • This warranty covers internal mechanical parts and labor costs through the second (2nd) year at no additional cost to the customer.
  • This warranty covers the metal framework of the base and the back of the chair for an additional three (3) years for a total warranty of five (5) years.

Montage Pro Massage Chair: Omega guarantees a total of one (1) year of in-home labor, a total of five (5) years of parts, and a total of five (5) years of structural framework.
