What delivery options are there?
All orders qualify for free standard Curbside Delivery. We also offer two premium delivery options for an additional cost: Threshold and In-Home Delivery & Set Up. See more details on our shipping page. Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number.
Can I have my massage chair assembled?
If you opt for free Curbside Delivery, you're responsible for bringing in and assembling your massage chair. Most models can be installed in under an hour by following the instructions included in your welcome kit. If you need your chair assembled, choose the In-Home Delivery & Set Up upgrade option for an additional $179. A third-party installation team will bring the massage chair inside your home and assemble it for you with this shipped method. Your chair will be operating properly before they leave. Where do you ship to?
We currently serve the 48 contiguous states in the USA. Due to logistical issues associated with shipping a large item like a massage chair, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept one time credit or debit card payments (Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard) as well as PayPal. We also offer financing for up to 36 months. Terms apply.
Do health insurance plans cover massage chairs?
Most of our customers haven't had much luck getting their health insurance to cover the cost of their massage chairs. Health insurance providers tend to view massage chairs as luxury items, despite their well-documented health benefits. While it's unlikely your provider will reimburse you, you can still consider submitting a claim.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes due to the heavy nature of our products. We require that all orders be shipped to a residential or business address with a signature upon delivery.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually processed for shipment within 3 to 5 business days. Free Curbside and Threshold Deliveries typically have a lead time of about 1 to 2 weeks. If you choose In-Home Delivery & Set Up, you can anticipate receiving your order in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Please be aware that deliveries may experience slight delays if you are located in a remote area or during peak periods, such as around the holidays.
How can I track my order?
Enter your order number and the email address associated with your order on this page. You will receive an email once your order has been processed for shipment. Please allow about a week from the purchase date for that information to be available. Tracking information may take about 1-2 business days to appear on the carrier's website.
How do I modify an existing order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order was recently placed, we may be able to make changes in time. If the order is late in the processing phase or has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
How do I cancel an existing order?
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your item has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel your order in time. Is assembling a massage chair difficult?
With the Curbside and Threshold delivery options, you will be responsible for assembling your order (if required). Massage chairs are heavy but not particularly difficult to install. We highly recommend having another person on hand who can assist you with the unboxing and assembly process. Your order will arrive with an assembly guide. We also have installation walkthrough videos for most models we carry on their respective product pages.
My order never arrived. Can you help?
Most orders are delivered within 1-3 weeks, depending on your location and shipping method. For the latest information, use our track your order page. Please first direct any inquiries regarding order status to the assigned shipping carrier, as they will be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information. They will contact you to arrange delivery as the order approaches your local terminal. If they are unable to help, get in touch with us for assistance.
My order is incorrect or missing an item. What should I do?
If there is an issue with your order, we first need to be aware of it so that we can help solve the problem. The sooner we know about the issue, the sooner we can begin working on it for you. Please include any relevant information that can help us resolve this issue, including providing your order number and any images.
What is your price match guarantee?
We understand a massage chair is a big investment, and we want you to rest assured that the price you're seeing on our website is the lowest price online. How do we know? Because all of our chairs are listed at the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). In other words, our rates are the lowest minimum price that our partners allow. If you do find the same chair listed at a lower price through an authorized retailer, contact us and we'll price match them and may offer you an additional discount as well. The chair I ordered is now lower in price. What can you do?
If you find the same model advertised for a lower price within 15 days of purchase, contact us and we will refund you the difference. That is our promise to you. See our price match page for more details.
